Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Your report is suggestive of diabetes mellitus condition. Your SGOT level is high and rule out fatty liver first by USG abdomen scan for that. I suggest you to check your serum triglyceride, serum total cholesterol, and LDL as well. Rule out hypertension also to exclude metabolic syndrome. Lifestyle modification needed to reduce glucose level and if not helpful than antidiabetic drug need to be started.you can revert back with reports for further discussion.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
