What Do Absence Of Periods And Pain In Abdomen Suggest?

i had unprotected sex with my partner on 4th August and got my regular periods by 27th August.But after this i missed my cycle for september.My cycle is 29 days regular cycle. now i did pregnancy test twice and it came out to be negative.Doctor has prescribed regrestrone 5mg for 5 days. can there be any chances of pregnancy still? iam worried.i have pain and uneasiness in my abdomen.

I really appreciate your concern, it may not be pregnancy but as long as the conception is concern it could be very uncertain and it need to be tested or confirmed to clear the doubt and so better to get done the ultrasonography test, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
