I am bleeding orange red while on mierna I have had the id for a year and two months. I started bleeding after intercourse I checked for strings they are there just back pain vaginal bleeding and bloating I just had my period. Two weeks ago and again three weeks before that and I m worried that I need to have IUD removed

I think you should consult a gynecologist for complete examination. It can be due to some vaginal infection. You may need some antibiotic and antifungal drugs orally as well as vaginal to treat that.
