What Do Bilateral Apical Pleural Thickening And Fibro Hazed Densities In The Right Upper Lung Field Mean?

Good day sirs! My chest x-ray says that I need to have an apico lordotic view. My chest x-ray says apical pleural thickening bilateral. minimal fibro hazed infiltrates are seen in the right upper lung field. consider koch s etiology. after having an apico lordotic, the finding says apico lordotic view confirms the presence of right upper lung field fibro hazed densities. consider koch s etiology. I am worried. Please help me on this. Thank you.

You rightly advised. Apicolordotic view advised for apical lesions. It is a special view to evaluate the apical region.
