What Do Bilateral Ovarian Cysts With Enlarged Ovaries Shown On Ultrasound Indicate?

i am 14 year girll i have bileteral ovarian cysts .this is ultrasound report ,Right adenexal mass measures 7.5 into 4.0 into 4.2 cms (volume -65.29cm). Left ovary measures 4.1 into 4.1 into 4.0 cms (volume -35.74cm).both ovaries are enlarged in size

Thank you for choosing Healthcaremagic. Ovarian cyst which are clear could be FOLLICULAR cyst, considering your age I suggest you combined ORAL PILLS FOR 3 CYCLES, and re do the scan to see if the cyst regresses.
