What Do Black And Reed Bruising On The Eyelids Indicate?

I woke up with dark black and red bruising on top right eyelid I m 72 and have had a mini stroke 4 years ago also have a stent in blocked artery Should I be worried. It is not sore but I did have a couple of sharp pains above eyebrow and slight headache the day before. I don t get headaches as s rule.

Hi,

I think the bruising and bleeding comes from the blood thinning medications you are currently taking. You should speak to your neurologist if you still need to take them or lower dose.
