What Do Black Particles In The Urine Indicate?

I have little pieces of black skin in my urine. Not all the time but a few times a day. No pain or anything. Almost reminds me of mold. But I used a Qtip and got a piece and looked at it under a magnifying glass. moved it around with another Qtip and it acted just like a piece of skin. No blood color or anything.
