Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
Black colored patches on feet and legs could be due to collection of blood (hematoma) or a pigmentary lesion.
Is there any history of trauma to the leg or feet?
Trauma is the most common cause of hematoma formation or collection of blood.
The other common cause is pigmentary lesion.
Pigmentary lesion is diagnosed by a biopsy of the lesion.
The pigmented lesions can be benign to malignant.
Benign lesions are harmless, however, malignant lesions can be dangerous and spread very fast to distant sites.
Thus, consult your primary health care provider for clinical assessment and relevant investigations for further management.

Thanks and take care

HI
Well come to HCM
This could be infective skin lesion if this is painful and having swelling, bacterial infection may be likely and this could be treated with Tab Azithromycin 500 mg once in day for three days and for local application Povidone can be tried, one thing should be clear that all the skin lesions demands the clinical observation and without this the diagnosis is not possible, if the symptoms does not improved then you have to see the dermatologist, take care.
