What Do Black Spots In The Labia Indicate?

I recently notice 4 small black spots (looks just like a mole) on my labia. I have several moles all over my body but have never noticed these until I shaved. I did a search online & now I am scared. I have never missed an annual pap smear & my Dr has ever mentioned it. Should I be worried. Is this normal. I have made an appt to see my Dr but the soonest I could get is 5 days from now.
