Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It is a small petechial spots or bleeding points. It is quite common with Acitrom or any other anticoagulants. Nothing much to worry and it will settle on its own. If the size of the spots increases or any other bleeding manifestations like bleeding from gum or nose, you may have to stop the drugs.

Wishing you good health.

Thanks.
