Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of blister on lips which could be due to allergic reaction to certain cosmetic products, sun blister and it could be viral infection such as cold sore.
Need not to worry. I would suggest you to
- Keep yourself hydrate by drinking plenty of water.
- Avoid hot, salty, spicy and sharp food.
- Avoid exposure to sunlight and apply lip balm to moisten lips.
If condition keeps on persisting then you should consult oral pathologist for proper examination and to rule out other systemic conditions. Doctor may start treatment accordingly and take antihistamine medications to prevent allergy.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
