General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

As per your clinical history is concerned, please follow like this:

1) If you have clinically examined by your doctor [Endocrinologist] and done all pathological tests and report is normal then you should not think about Graves’ disease.

2) Discuss with your treating Doctor about [Escitalopram] and [alprazolam].

3) Discuss with your clinical psychologist for a specific plan for Psychotherapy. Do follow lifestyle modification like this:
a) Do take treatments early.
b) Keeping track of your personal life can help you and your mental health provider identify what's causing you stress and what seems to help you feel better.
c) You can reduce anxiety by carefully managing your time and energy.
d) Try to avoid unhealthy substance use like Alcohol, drug use, caffeine, and nicotine, et cetera.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Uday Nath Sahoo
