What Do Brown Particles In The Vagina Indicate?
I have brown specs or what looks like tiny pieces of skin when I wipe my vagina the first time it happened was a couple of weeks ago while I was on my period and they just started again today I m not set to come on for about 2 more weeks and it also itches please help I m scared !!

The symptoms are more likely suggestive if infective causes like bacterial vaginosis or yeast infection.
Consult a gynaecologist and get a vaginal swab done to confirm the diagnosis. We have to rule out other possibilities also.
