What Do Bruises On The Inner Thighs Indicate?

Hi, I keep getting small bruises on the inner side of my thigh, the groin area. Most of them tend to just be small and not painful but sometimes I get quite large ones that are tender to touch and sharp shooting pains sometimes from these larger ones. Any ideas why I keep getting these bruises?

These bruises result from microscopic tears in blood vessels under the skin.
They can be due to minor trauma,so there is nothing to worry about.
Anyway I suggest you to do a complete blood count to exclude any bleeding disorder.
