What Do Bulging Veins On The Knee Indicate?
my veins on my knee caps have ruptured and when I stand they bulge, and feels like they are bleeding into my legs, using the use of my legs so weak , they are terribly painful as I stand the pain radiates from my kness into the fronts of my lower leg, burning and weakness , that is disabling.

They could be varicose vein.
Just get a doppler scan of the veins of the lower limb done and visit a surgeon.
