What does Uss show a bulky uterus wt AP Diameter of 8.5cm.D echo pattern is heterogenous. D Myometrium is expanded by a solid tissue masses wt mixed echo textures & AP diameters of 4.7cm,3.7cm,5.6cm,4.8cm submucous within the body of the uterus respectively. 1.The report suggest that uterus bulky with solid masses with ate red echo-texture / mixed echo-tecture. suggestive of fibroids.
2.85mm diameter suggest bulky uterus.
3.REst of the scan appears normal no free fluid and any mass in the adnexa.
4.Endometrial cavity appears normal with no abnormal collection / pregnancy products.
5.In tis case treatment is hormonal initially and monitored with followup scans - if not responsive - depending on the reproductive condition and age the appropriate treatment will be given. ( interventional / operative ).
