What Do Bulky Uterus And Sac Close To Cervix Suggest?

Hi Doctor, I lost my 1st baby to vasa precision after 40w + 2days gestation. I had an emergency caesarean. That was one year ago. Now I m 7w + 4 days and sonogram shows bulky utetus with gestational sac planted close to cervix. He kept commenting that my uterus was bulky and the sac is too close to the cervix. I ve been spotting light brown for the past 2 weeks. Mostly when I wipe. I m concerned about the enlarged uterus and proximity to the cervix.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

I would like to see your ultrasound report to advise you better. But reading your symptoms I think you will be relieved with simple drugs like Tranexemic acid and Mefenemic acid combination during periods.

But in case pain or blood flow in periods increases or the size of fibroids increase over time then you can try Fibroprist tablet for 3-6 months after discussion with your gynecologist. Fibroprist is a new and effective drug taken in first 7 days of periodic cycle for 3-6 months and helps in patients with smaller fibroids and subtle symptoms.

Just send me your reports first.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.

Regards,
Dr. Ivan R. Rommstein, General Surgeon
