What Do Bumps At The Corner Of The Eyes Indicate?

I have a swollen gland at the corner of my eye and it has 3 yellow bumps on it. Does this means those bumps are cancer. I just seen a eye doctor today and didn t get a lot of answers. the gland has been there since birth but 2 months ago it swelled.

* As the swelling is since birth, it is most likely to be Dermoid cyst. With secondary infection showing yellow bumps on it.
* I would like to evaluate the lesion with a photo picture of the same in follow up conversation and guide precisely in accordance to that only.
