What Do Bumps In The Mouth Indicate?

hello , I have bumps, one is on paraphyngeal arch and second is on right wall of mouth. The first was considerably little in the beginning but now it's become bigger. During swallowing I feel something is staying there. Color is the same as mouth color. Thanks a lot.

Sincerely,
Mr. Urinboev

Hi..
Thanks for the query..

As per your complain bump in mouth can be due to causes like adenoma formation or hyperplasia of minor salivary glands, benign epithelial hyperplasia, Mucous cysts or Mucocele etc..

Another common cause can be viral infection causing warts or papillomas..

I would therefore suggest you to consult an Oral Surgeon and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigation like x ray can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..

In case if the symptoms does not get better with conservative treatments like salt water rinses and antibiotics then surgical removal of the lumps can help in its resolution..

Hope your query is resolved..

Regards.
