Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It looks like inflammation of the hair follicles inside your nose, the infection can be bacterial/fungal (Vestibulitis/folliculitis). At first it looks like bumps but if neglected the infection spreads into painful sores. It's itchy & if gets to happen recurrent it's messy, see a doctor at the earliest. You may take antifungals/ antibiotics for relieve. Do not touch or scratch, avoid nose picking. Take medications to stop rhinorrhoea as it triggers rhinorrhoea.

Hope I have answered your query.
