Hello, I can understand your concern for spots on your body, oblique, stomach, side of groin area and armpit. After analyzing your query it appears to be related to hives or Urticaria. It is a common condition caused by bursting mast cells and release of chemical inside. This produces a rash which you have mentioned in your query. There are numerous factors producing this condition and some times it is really difficult to find one exact cause.
