Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately. Based on the history you have shared, it needs to be evaluated by a neurologist to rule out ant causes of peripheral neuropathy or degenerative nerve diseases like GBS etc at the earliest. Though spinal stenosis may also present with the same alongside few essential vitamins and minerals deficiencies but work up and levels of B12 and folic acid should be done along with nerve conduction studies as well CT of cervical and lumbar spine. In any case these symptoms shouldn't be ignored and should be evaluated by a neurologist at the earliest. Wishing you a speedy recovery.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
