What Do Cardiac Silhouette And Central Pulmonary In Chest Xray Indicate?

Chest xray reveal normal cardiac silhouette and central pulmonary vessels.Lungs suggest mild increased interstitial lung markings with no infiltrate ,mass or fluid.There is cut off in the lower lateral thorax of the left and costophrenic angle on the left.Could you tell me what this suggests. Thank you Dan

I really appreciate your concern, it is does not detected any abnormality and it is not the disease condition, in my opinion this findings needs to be correlate with the clinical condition for which the test being done hope this information helps.
