What Do Changes In The Menstruation Cycle Indicate?

Hi! I m 45 yrs old, I had a regular menstruation but recently is not normal. Sometimes I had 3 days period and stop then few days they come back for 2 weeks. My means is not that heavy and sometimes is like color like black. I just did my Pap smear last December and the result was normal. Pls I need advice regarding this matter. I m just worried. Thank you very much.

Hi,

It needs routine blood investigation like TSH level, BMI prolactin, blood sugar, cortisol, history of medicine, FSH, LH, GNRH levels. These tests can tell otherwise there are many causes which is for you needs physical examination and blood tests by gynecologist.
