What Do Clear Vaginal Fluid Discharge With Irregular Periods And Spotting Suggest?

i started having irregular menstrual cycle 2012, where i missed my period for a month around September and all became normal again. i had same experience the following year at about the same month of the year, but it became more alarming mid last year where i missed my period for two consecutive months and missed for another three months at the end of the year. Since then my period has been irregular, had one for almost 10 days around February, spotted for a day in march, spotted for about 15 days in april and right now, i have cramps and all symptoms of menstruation but i see only clear fluid. it feels like heavy menstrual flow except there is no blood just getting wet all day with the clear fluid. i m 26 and sexually active, please help
