What Do Clicking Sounds In Ear While Lying Down Indicate?

Why do I hear noises in my ears when I lay down and put my head on the pillow; ie, clicking, grinding noise, swishing, snapping, loud hummmmmmmmmmmm,etc. It is nerve wracking and drives me a little crazy and lack of sleep. And some nights i sleep like a baby. ???

its nothing. if not accompanied by pain or hearing disturbances its nothing to worry. a benign condition which will resolve at its own so relax
