What Do Confusion, Memory Loss, Fatigue And Altered Alertness Indicate?

I have been experiencing memory loss for the last 4 or 5 months. Recently I have also been experiencing confusion and extreme fatigue to the point where I fall asleep standing up while at my job, and also when I m driving.n My mind feels really foggy and I ask people the same question 3 or 4 times because I forget that I just asked it a few minutes before. What could it be?

Hi,

If you are a female. More possibility of your symptoms is due to hormonal imbalance. Either due to pregnancy or menopause. You need an estimation of hormonal levels & - get specific treatment according to results. Please consult an endocrinologist.
