What Do Cramps And Dark Brown Bleeding After Nexplanon Implantation Suggest?

I got the implant (Nexplanon) in September i didn t have a period since giving birth in June and after having the implant I had an initial period like bleed for a few days as expected then nothing. A few weeks ago I had bad stomach cramps followed by two weeks of dark brown bleeding a now a week of bright red heavy bleeding and weight loss. 2 years ago I had a failed coil insertion which needed day surgery to remove as it ended up in my abdomen then a difficult pregnancy last June involving threatened miscarriages, subcronic heamotobas, constant bleeding throughout and waters breaking prematurely I am concerned it is all linked as I haven t felt myself since and now with the additional heavy bright bleeding I was wondering if it was normal?
