What Do Dark Pigmentation On The Skin After Stopping Melacare Indicate?
Hi doctor ! I am 36 year female, i have used melacare cream for around 3 months and now i have stopped using that cream. My skin tone has become more darker than before :( :( :(....The worst thing i have noticed after stopping that cream is my skin has now have large open pores on it and uneven skin tone. This is really putting me and my confidence down. I am thinking to start a cream (Vichy Normaderm Nuit anti-imperfection care) which says its good for open pores and reduce them to a great extent. Please suggest me if this cream is good for me in this condition or not ? Secondly what would you suggest for me right now ? should i go for any cream or continue with home remedies ? in how many days my original skin tone will come back. I am very disheartened. Please help me doctor. I ll be very grateful to you.... Thanks
As a first line management, you can apply low potency steroid creams like Betamethasone for symptomatic relief. If the lesion persists, it is better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
