What Do Degenerative Osseous Changes In The Below X-ray Report Suggest?

Hi Doctor, I m suffering from cough for the last 10 days and the result of my chest X-ray is as follows: Suspicious opacities are seen in the right apex. Calcific densities line the aortic knob Spurs are seen at the lateral aspect of some of the visualized vertebral end plates IMPRESSION:Atherosclerotic aorta Degenerative Ossetia changes Could you please explain the above and am I in danger of a serious lung illness?Thank you and God bless...

There are age related degenerative changes in thoracic vertebrae. These are osteoarthritis changes in vertebra and these are age related also.
