What Do Delay In Periods And Heaviness Of Breasts Indicate?

I am 42 was taking ovral l for past three years. My last period was on 28/08. I didn t take the pill after last period. Had unprotected inter course . Now my periods are overdue for 10 days. Pregnancy test negative. Have taken regulin forte -4 tabs. I m also under treaemt for TB of lungs since early aug.my breast feel heavy but not painful. Pls advise

If i were your treating doctor i would suggest you to avoid long term use of pills.
You should go for ultrasound & some hormonal tests to rule out the cause.
if reports are normal than take

Tab Rajopravartini vati 1 tab twice a day.
As this medicine is not given without prescription consult to local ayurveda specialist.
