Hello my wife didn t got periods till now .. actual date was every month 28 to 30..in last month unfortunately we had sex without safety.... every time we use safety.. because we don t children right now...we planning next year...now what we do... symptoms are votming sensation giddiness...pls help me out...

As you have mentioned that you had an intercourse without using protection there is a chance that she is pregnant. Missed period along with dizziness and nausea are all symptoms of pregnancy.
The easiest way to find out is to get a urine pregnancy test done. If pregnancy is ruled out then we have to look for other causes of delayed periods like hormonal disorders. You can also get a USG done for the same as it is the most definitive method of diagnosing a pregnancy
