What Do Delayed Periods Along With Pain In The Lower Back Indicate?

Dear doc, I have missed periods my periods is late by 8 days I have lower back pain a subbed lower abdomen and stiffed neck and tired all the time mood swings I have pcos . I am confused whether I am pregnant or my cyst got ruptured .usually I will have dhuphaston for every month this month I didn’t took

So pregnancy and PCOD can both be possibilities.

Usg abdomen can be done for further work up.


And rule out pregnancy by urine hcg card test.
