What Do Delayed Periods And Pinkish Brown Spotting Indicate?

I am 37, have 4 children, and had a miscarriage approx. 18 months ago when I was about 12-13 weeks pregnant. my periods are pretty accurate, flows, aches and pains are similar each month. I was due for my period yesterday. however, I started spotting very little on sunday. which continued through yesterday and even today. Spotting has possibly become pinkish slightly red still brownish in way, either way still only spotting mainly when go to the bathroom. The only other thing I feel is little uncomfortable in my stomach but nothing that really jumps out at me as uncommon. Just never remember spotting for 3 days

I really appreciate your concern, spotting could be due to less follicular rupture or formation it may be due to hormone changes it may be due to menopause too but what ever may be the cause it is just nothing to worry hope this information helps.
