What Do Delayed Periods Indicate?

Had unprotected sex two months ago ,took Ella one and got my period last month four weeks after the romance and it was precisely on time ,with bad pms , blood clots and lasted for 7 days , took epo two pills daily since then . However my period still hasn’t come this month , it was 7 days past the due date ? What’s happening ?
