Hi I m over a week late on my period and have pelvic pressure that feels like period is trying to come on I m never missed a period before and I m regular I ve taken a at home pregnancy test it came out negative every time I think my period is coming on its just discharge

I really appreciate your concern, better to get done the ultrasonography test for underlying cause if this is not the pregnancy some time it may be due to menopause here you have not given your age, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
