What Do Delayed Periods With Slight Spotting Suggest?

I am nervous that I am pregnant or im not sure if it is just im stressing myself overly. My last period was September 21 the week before that I had heavy spotting the week before as well ( i am prescribed on birth control low egesterol) I had sex with my boyfriend Oct 1,2 and then the 10th. My period tracker says i am 4 days late. My cycle is usually about 29 days sometimes 27.. I had a UTI and went to the hospital on Oct. 11 and was prescribed antibiotics that I am still taking. So it is now Oct 19th and I still have not had my period.. should i be worried? I am not sure if I am over stressing myself. On Friday Oct. 16th I had slight spotting and when I wipe after restroom I sometimes have blood. I am nervous if it is implantation bleeding after reading websites.

I really appreciate your concern, it dos not seems conception like but it can not be taken as granted and for sure it is advisable to get done the ultrasonography test, else this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
