HELLO,
I FIND THE INFO GIVEN BY YOU, VERY LIMITED.
I WOULD HAVE LIKED TO KNOW, HOW LONG IT EXISTS, AND WHETHER IT IS CHANGING SIZE? IF YOU HAVE TRIED ANY MEDICINE OR VISITED A PHYSICIAN?
IN SUCH A LIMITED INFO, THE MOST PROBABLE CAUSE CAN BE A FUNGAL RING WHICH MIGHT HAVE GOT BACTERIAL INFECTION AS WELL.
YOU SHOULD TRY A STEROID CREAM COMBINATION WITH ANTIBACTERIAL AS WELL AS ANTIFUNGAL COMPONENT.
IF IT DOESN'T HELP. PLEASE REVERT BACK WITH SOME DETAILS AND POSSIBLY PICTURE OF THE SPOT.
HOPE THIS HELPS.
REGARDS
