What Do Dizziness And Breathing Difficulty Indicate?

My child had an unexplained fall last night, that he cannot completely recollect. He slid off a wall while looking for a football. He scratched up his back and arm. When he landed, he walked a few feet and laid on the ground exhibiting some strange head and body movements. Once inside, he was emotionally upset, complained of dizziness and difficulty breathing. He has had no prior incidents. Although he looks pretty good right now, wondering if I should take him to emergency room for an evaluation.

your chid had a fall and trauma of chest suspected then he had difficult breathing and dizziness and we should take in concern possibility of fracture ribs or lung problems caused by trauma
any trauma accident should refer to see your doctor urgent to do chedt x ray to role out any injurry..or lung problems
just simple investigation for assurance and no need to worry about that

he may have stressed or anxiety that may cause exacerbation of symptoms and you should not get worried of that
also there is inflammation of chest muscles may occured resulted in appearance of these symptoms
