What Do Dizziness, Nausea And Bleeding After Periods Suggest?

i came on my period on 4.2 and went off on 4.7 since then i have had unprotected sex with my partner, Ive felt dizzy, nausua and vomiting. Now today im bleeding again. I wasnt expecting a period until next month. im normally regular so this is a shock. Can you please help what might be going on
