What Do Dizzy Spells And Nausea Indicate?

For about 2 weeks I've been getting random dizzy spells where it would feel like the room was collapsing and I was falling forward. It's so intense I feel really nauseous and break into a sweat. Afterwards I get really weak and a bad headache. What's going on?

Hello,
I would advice you to go for a MRI brain scan at the earliest. These may be the symptoms if some brain lesion. Further line of management would be decided after that.
