What Do Dots In Vision With Numbness In Fingers And Tongue Indicate?

I was seeing bright dots out of my right I, I had to close my eye to see straight. afterwards my right hand and fingers have have numb, tingling, and cold. Also the side of my tongue. I am having all this rotate along with not being able to speak straight or type. Please help!

what you have informed is neurological problem. compete eye examination should be done, refraction ocular muscle movement is to be recorded MRI get the report reviewed by neurologist. start treatment as advised by neurologist.
