What Do Dry Eyes, Doubled Vision With BP Being 149/77 Suggest?

I have been reading for a few hours for pleasure. My vision began to double, so I tried to adjust my prescribed glasses. I stopped and took my pressure . It was 149 over 77 which is not bad for me. I doubled my pressure meds., hoping it would help. My eyes feel dry? I looked at writing that I normally can read without my glasses and the problem was the same. In the corners of the eyes near nose feels a little dry.
Please help!

your bp is normal. diplopia in your case may be lack of acomodation which can be corected by giving proper nearvision corection. for dry eye you may apply artificial tear eyedrop 2to3times daily. if norelief thencan gofor checkup by eyedoctor.
