What Do Elevated Lymphocyte Levels Indicate?

I just did all of my tests and my lungs are functioning normally also my LFT report came normal the only problem I have right now is my lymphocytes are a little high than expected which is 56, The question I have is can i smoke weed if I m almost recovered from Jaundice?
