What Do Episodes Of Palpitations, Fatigue And Numbness In Tongue Indicate?

Hi. I am experiencing periodic accelerated heart rate, fatigue and some numbness in my tongue. My blood pressure was elevated on Monday morning Usual runs 110/70, was about 138/75. can these be related to dehydration? I seem to feel better about an hour after lunch if I eat salty foods and take in more water or would you suggest a different issue?

Hello,

I think these are signs of dehydration: low blood pressure, fatigue palpitations. There are home remedies for dehydration like sip small amounts of water light clothing air conditioning and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
