Understanding your concern. As per your query you have fatigue and dizziness which seems to be due to viral infection/ flu. . There can also be other reasons like smoke, anxiety, hypoglycemia and alteration in the blood circulation . Need not to worry much. I would suggest you to take acetaminophen, it will reduce fever & headache. Apply moist cloth on head dipped in cold water, can help to reduce fever & headache. You should take proper course of antibiotics for 5 days as it will take 5-7 days for viral fever to lower down. Drink plenty of fluids and have rest properly. Visit general physician once and get it completely examined and start treatment after proper prescription. Get blood tests done to find out exact diagnosis. Avoid oily and spicy food. Doctor may also refer you to ENT specialist in case the problem related to ear .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get Well soon.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
