What Do Fatigue, Breathing Problem, Burning Tongue And Double Vision Suggest?

For the past 4 months I have had weakness, breathing problems, burning tongue syndrome with gold coating, gritty eyes, double vision at times. seen pulmonologist he doesn t think it s my lungs, had heart test it was fine. I m breathing better but still don t have all my strength back. tire easily with normal activity, any suggestions?

Hi,
According to your symptoms it looks as you are suffering from malnutrition and anaemia. Pl. get your complete blood count ( CBP ) done which includes haemoglobin estimation. Also get your folic acid and ferritin levels . If it turns out to be because of malnutrition then the reason for it has to be evaluated.
