What Do Fluctuation In BP Despite Being On Medication Indicate?

I am on high blood pressure medicine (losartin and atenolol ) but some days my pressure is normal, other days high and lately it s been low. Today I was dizzy feeling faint so I took my blood pressure and it was 100/55. Why such variations? Afraid to drive when I am lightheaded like this.

I think you may need to lower the dosage of losartan in order that it doesn't lower so much the BP.
