What Do Frequent Urination, Dizziness And Headaches After Taking Contraceptive Pill Suggest?

Hello, I took the morning after pill over a week ago, and 3 days ago I can on my period which is 10 days early and I'm still not off now! I literally have to urinate every 10 seconds and when I've finished I still feel like there is loads left in me, as if I have to go again! Or something is pushing on my bladder! Is this normal? I'm not suffering from tummy ache or anything, but I have felt really lifeless and had a headache and felt quite dizzy!

Also, when I've finished, it sometimes feels like someone is pinching the inside of my vagina!! Sounds weird I know! But is that anything to worry about?

I really appreciate your concern, if the hormone medicine is taken for not therapeutic purpose then this may cause such symptoms and this is not the sign of pregnancy if you are just worried for this, hope this information helps, take care.
