Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
my granddaughter has grayish brown spots under the skin on her legs, they look like a bruise but when you rub them they lighten in color, only to return again. she doesn t complain of any discomfort, but they are on both legs and very numerous. She saw a homeopathic dr. that treated her saying that her liver was not functioning up to par. but the spots did not subside or go away. He says that even though her liver is functioning normal that it may take some time for the spots to go away. that has been several weeks now and they have not improved.

What Do Grayish Brown Spots On The Legs Indicate?
Hello, * Sounds to be due to the underlying systemic inflammatory response from certain autoimmune disorders which can be part of metabolic disorder or isolated issue. * I would like to evaluate her in my office thoroughly to guide for a future line of action. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Take care Regards, Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
